This morning it was warmer that it has been these last couple of days. So I thought I could wear a skirt to Church for a change.
I paired this maxi skirt with a sweater tunic (worn here) and a corduroy jacket. I tucked in the sweater and cinched the waist with a belt to define my waist. I chose this red belt and corduroy jacket because they add colour to my all black outfit.
Since my hair is so multi-coloured I decided to tone down and not put on too many colours.
I accessorized with black earrings and a matching ring. I bought these in India and I think they are typically Indian:).
Today I managed to get ready on time so I had a few extra minutes to put on my contact lenses.
Then I decided to continue one of my new year's resolutions, to put on make-up. I've been practising with eye make-up hoping to perfect it and today I was very happy with the result.
I love this skirt. It's so long and as I'm not so big on wearing skirts in public (I'm more comfortable in trousers), it cheats my mind that I'm putting on trousers.
