This is a follow-up of last week's post on Graduation dinner. After we
had dinner we, the girls that is, made a quick change of dress to wear
something more suitable to dance in. This included shorts or in my case
denim trousers and cute tops coupled with high-heeled shoes. Only after I
had attempted to dance in heels for a couple of minutes did I discover
that it was a bad idea to wear shoes that made it somewhat cumbersome to
move around. I had worn high-heeled boots to club once before and the
ache I had in my legs the days afterwards, cannot be described. I don't
know how come I forgot this painful experience. I guess as my sister
says, you need to feel a little discomfort for the sake of beauty. Here
are some of the photos we took before the club was opened.
For the after-party, I wore am embellished lace top and black jeans and heels.
I accessorized with peacock feather earrings and a sparkly bracelet. The top has a lot going on because of the embellishments so I chose to keep the rest of my outfit understated and neutral so as to let it stand out.
Happy Wednesday
