With the end of one month and the beginning of another, this is a good enough time to pause from your busy schedules and think about all that has been accomplished in these past three months of this year and to plan for the next month.
This year I made a few resolutions and I have fallen into the trap of not remembering what they were. In the course of the last few months, I realized that I just need to focus on one thing and other things will fall in place. I read in Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist, that you should not worry too much about the past or the future and instead you should live in the moment.
In order to live in the moment, I learnt a new way of managing stress. Lists. I write down a list of all the things that need to be done. And once I have this list, I stop worrying about them and relax a little. So I managed to accomplish a few of the things I've been having on my list. It's so refreshing going through it and crossing out all the things I wanted to do. This morning, I wrote down my April list. This one will be in two bits, because I'm expecting some change this month.
How do you manage all the things you have to do? How do you keep yourself from worrying too much when things get out of hand?
I hope you have a great week!!
