My outfit choices for Sundays mostly
consist of dresses and skirts. However sometimes I feel like wearing trousers.
This was one of those Sundays.
These checked corduroy trousers, previously
worn here and here, are among my favourite items in my wardrobe. They have the
perfect fit and are of adequate length. I tried to dress them up by folding the
hem to make them temporarily cropped and wearing them with an orange cowl neck
sweater and wedges. I added and animal print scarf tied on my hair which is in
need of immediate attention. I wore metallic-black earrings and bracelets and
carried a black handbag. Do you see the flower at the ankle of the wedges? This
is what drew me to them. It makes these black shoes a bit more interesting.

Sunday being a Church-home kind of day I
could pull off wearing these wedges without my back giving me problems. I love
heels but lately I haven’t been able to wear my heels because toward the end of
the day my back gives me such problems and that night the ache keeps me awake.
But the person who invented wedges was/is a genius. After wearing them you
don’t quite feel as if you were in heels, which means that they are super comfortable.
Happy Tuesday!!!
